Great food

This was not Chinese food. I ordered the sesame chicken with chicken fried rice. The chicken was not bad but the flavor was lacking...the rice was a total upset...it was bland and didn't taste right. And the gave me two trays of that nonsense.

The food was delicious. I was grateful that the meals were all marked for who ordered each one. YAY!
I am very dismayed that I did not get a receipt in person or email. I ordered for 8 people for work and have to have a receipt or I will have to pay it myself. Which I will probably have to do. Therefore, I won't be ordering for work again because I can't get a receipt.

IVE literally been eating imperial palace since I was in middle school The people are very nice and helpful always smiling ! My Favorite place to eat for sure !❤️👌🏼

Not happy at all just ordered on line and asked for all sauses to be on the side picked up food and of course the sause was not on the side and was told it didn't say it on there ticket now we have 2 hrs to get home to eat bet its going to be really impressive NOT

We ordered at 11am and it was for an office of 14. The message said that food would be ready in 10 min. When I left the north side of town to get to S. Locust they were bagging and boxing it up when I got there. Then they helped me get it out and to my car. When I got back to work the food was still hot and tasted AMAZING!

Hard to tell what chicken is what and the dishes need alot more sauce as they were very dry. Crab rangoons are very good. Labeling the boxes would be very helpful as we had a bigger order and couldn't tell what was what.

The chicken dishes I ordered looked the same. Small fried pieces of chicken. So dry, tasted like it was prepped days ago. I loved the food when at the mall, but I couldn’t even eat it, and I’ll eat anything.
Wow, never had worse Chinese. Back to golden gate….sorry.
